Our Story
At Seoul Cookin, we are committed to sharing the rich, flavorful experience of Korean cuisine, mixed with Southern flavors, with our customers. Our story began with a passion for cooking and a desire to share the unique flavors and the traditions of my Korean mom that she had blended in with my Mobile roots, with our community.
Our Chef
Our chef, Rashad Nicholas, has spent over 20 years of restaurant experience and learning the traditions of his mother, Nam Sun, to provide people with the joy of food, comfort, and gratitude through the blended meals of foods like collard greens and kimchi with Southern fried chicken and egg rolls.
